At Santayana, we craft jewelry meant to be worn and enjoyed every day—but delicate pieces can sometimes need a little extra care. We’re happy to offer complimentary repairs within 60 days of receiving your purchase.

Repairs requested after 60 days, or repairs needed due to misuse, accidental damage, or improper handling, will incur repair and shipping fees at the customer’s expense. Pricing varies by style and typically starts at $30 + shipping.

Warranty Limitations

Our repair warranty does not cover issues caused by normal wear and tear, including:

• Scratches
• Tarnishing
• Fading of metals or gemstones
• Damage from chemicals, water, or improper cleaning

For international customers, repairs requiring overseas shipment will include two-way shipping charges.
