Order Processing TimeOrders are usually processed within 2 to 3 business days depending on the below deadlines:
- Standard orders must be placed by 11:59 PM EST to start processing on next day.
- Next Day orders must be placed by 1PM EST to start processing the same day. Orders received after 1PM EST or on Saturday and Sunday are processed the next business day.
- During peak holiday and promotional periods order processing times may be longer.
- The item ordered is on backorder and being produced.

The product photography displayed on our website matches the product as closely as possible. All of our jewelry is hand-finished with genuine gemstones; therefore, details such as the exact shade of color of the stone can vary slightly.
During extremely busy periods it is possible to place an order for a product which may have gone out of stock. In this case, we reserve the right to cancel your order or send a partial order. If you paid via credit/debit card your card will not have been charged or will be credited the difference when applicable. We apologize for any inconvenience.

For online returns or exchanges, please email Elena Santayana at santayanapower@gmail.com to obtain a complimentary return label for your online purchase. Or, you may ship it to Elena Santayana 917 SW 122 Ave. Miami, FL 33184. Alternatively, you may bring the item(s) back to a Santayana Jewelers location for return or exchange. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Some exclusions may apply. For products purchased through one of our stores, please contact the store directly. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your return.
